Direct Billing
I offer direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross and to insurers within the Telus eClaims network. I do not provide direct billing for Sunlife or Greensheild.
Please note that I do not take ICBC or WCB claims.

Cancellations
Please note that I have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. A late cancellation or no-show prevents me from offering that time to another patient. To avoid this, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments, no shows and late cancellations are subject to the full treatment cost.
